From January 2, 2023, submission of electronic appeals is carried out via state unified (integrated) republican information system for accounting and processing appeals from citizens and legal entities https://обращения.бел (website) At the same time, to messages, sent to the email address of JSC "KOMMUNARKA": office@kommunarka.by does not apply the effect of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 No. 300-Z “On appeals from citizens and legal entities”, and replies to such messages are not sent.
Appeals that (on which):Развернуть
• are not written in Belarusian or Russian;
• do not contain the surname, first name, patronymic, address of the citizen’s place of residence (place of stay);
• do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, surname, first name, patronymic of the head or person authorized to sign applications in the prescribed manner (for legal entities);
• contain text that is unreadable;
• contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
