Preliminary registration for a personal appointment with the CEO and his deputies is carried out by the head of the office on working days from 8:00 to 17:00 hours upon personal application of applicants, as well as by their call at (017) 238-63-14. An applicant can register for a specific date and time only once. The right to use the allocated time for a personal appointment cannot be transferred to another person.
When making a preliminary appointment, applicants are asked to provide their details (last name, first name, patronymic (if any), address of place of residence (place of stay) (name of legal entity and its location), contact telephone number), the essence of the issue is clarified, which organizations applicants contacted to resolve their issues, and other information necessary to ensure a high-quality and organized personal reception.
